APEX / BAN & SPOOFER
APEX unban guide: account penalties, HWID and PERM V2 Spoofer
Being unable to enter APEX does not by itself establish a hardware ban. Start with EA’s penalty information, then use this guide to compare XDAY’s PERM V2 listing and prepare product questions.
Start with the exact error or notice
“This account is not permitted to play online” may indicate a ban or a connection problem. Check EA’s Penalty History. 429 and Snake have different explanations; neither is a universal HWID-ban code.
| Displayed message | Meaning and next check |
|---|---|
| This account is not permitted to play online | Check ban status, then connection issues if no penalty applies. Check penalties and appeals → |
| 429 | Usually server downtime or maintenance. Check server and connection status → |
| Snake | A temporary penalty for leaving a match early. Read EA’s error explanation → |
The seller’s Apex Premium/Javelin confirmation does not establish support for PERM V2 or other Spoofers. Confirm current APEX PC and product requirements separately.
For separate product questions, share the game, full message, Windows version/build and intended plan in buy-support. Confirm current compatibility and the total before choosing a product. Ask XDAY about product conditions →
Apex Premium support and purchase terms
Apex Premium supports EA Javelin (seller confirmation, 23 October 2026). Choose your features and duration, then check the latest purchase terms on Discord. Check the latest spoofer compatibility details on Discord as well.

Start with EA’s Penalty History
EA distinguishes a protective account lock from a suspension or ban. Review the affected account, reason and status in Penalty History. If a decision seems mistaken, select the penalty to check appeal eligibility. EA’s official guide also explains alternatives when a penalty is not visible or sign-in is unavailable.
Account action and hardware identifiers
Reviewing an account penalty and changing PC hardware identifiers are different subjects. A disconnect or failed login is not enough to identify a hardware restriction. Reports about other players or another account do not replace the notice for your case.
PERM V2 listing and APEX compatibility checks
For PERM V2 product information, see PERM V2. Check the latest Apex PC compatibility, Windows, motherboard and preparation requirements on Discord. PERM V1 is the separate option highlighted for VALORANT.
Prepare a compatibility enquiry
- Full APEX message and the EA penalty notice
- Windows version, motherboard model and CPU
- Required preparation and the scope of changes
- Usage allowance, current price, delivery and support terms
“Permanent” is a product description, not a promise of permanent account safety. Confirm the actual plan allowance and conditions.
Can a Spoofer restore an APEX account?
A Spoofer is not EA’s account-appeal service and does not guarantee restoration of accounts or purchased items. Direct disputed penalties to EA and PERM V2 compatibility questions to XDAY.
