Start with the exact error or notice

Identify the Fortnite restriction
Epic distinguishes social, product, account and Fortnite matchmaking bans. A failed sign-in or blocked match does not establish which sanction applies. Check the notice, duration and My Sanctions & Appeals.
Use Epic’s appeal route for disputed sanctions
Epic allows one appeal per eligible sanction. A review may uphold, lift or modify the decision; removal is not guaranteed. If you have already appealed that sanction, follow its status rather than assuming another submission is available.
